Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your IZU pieces, and returns are free within Greece and the EU.

Condition of returned items

Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in their IZU packaging. Please try pieces on as you would in a boutique. If an item shows signs of wear, perfume, makeup or damage, we may reduce the refund to reflect its lower value, or return it to you.

How to return

1. Email [email] with your order number and the pieces you are returning, or use the withdrawal form at the end of this page.
2. Customers in Greece and the EU receive a free prepaid label. Customers outside the EU send the parcel with a tracked service of their choice.
3. Send the parcel within 14 days of contacting us, to: IZU Paros, Lochagou Kourtinou [street no.], Parikia, 844 00 Paros, Greece.
4. We confirm by email when your return arrives and is checked.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. We may wait to refund until we have received the pieces or proof that you have sent them. Within the first 14 days, your refund includes the original standard shipping cost. Express shipping upgrades are not refunded. Import duties and taxes paid outside the EU are not refundable by us; you may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.

Exchanges

To exchange for another size or piece, tell us what you would like when you start your return. We reserve it for you and send it free of charge once your return arrives. Exchanges depend on availability.

IZU Limited

IZU Limited pieces are made in small numbers and never repeated. You can return them for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. From day 15 to day 30, they can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Items that cannot be returned

• Pieces altered or personalised at your request
• Gift cards

Jewellery, including earrings, can be returned or exchanged like any other piece.

Your EU right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To use it, tell us clearly by email or with the model withdrawal form below. Our 30-day policy is in addition to this right and does not limit it.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within [14] days with photos. We cover all shipping and send a replacement or full refund. This does not affect your legal guarantee of conformity, which lasts 2 years from delivery under Greek and EU law.
