Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on izuparos.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include Greek VAT. Prices shown in other currencies (GBP, USD) are converted for convenience; [you are charged in the currency shown at checkout]. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Our pieces

We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can. Because many pieces are printed, dyed or finished by hand, small variations in colour, print placement and texture are part of their character and are not faults. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.

5. Shipping, returns and guarantee

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. All pieces carry the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photographs, designs, text and the IZU name and logo, belongs to IZU Paros or its partners. You may not copy or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, severe weather or carrier disruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protections of the law of your country. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; we will do our best to resolve it. You may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή) or your local consumer authority, or bring a claim before the competent courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
